Terms of Service

APP Cardiology Academy is a service of JPL Group & Cattle LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using APP Cardiology Academy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

APP Cardiology Academy provides a 16-lesson self-paced cardiology curriculum for nurse practitioners and physician assistants. The curriculum is built on the ACC Core Curriculum and includes integrated CME credit through Learner+. Content is intended for professional educational use only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a licensed or licensed-eligible nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or equivalent advanced practice provider to use the Service. By registering, you represent that these conditions are met.

Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing credentials with others is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Payment and Access

4.1 Pricing

APP Cardiology Academy is sold as a one-time purchase. Regular price is $1,899, effective July 1, 2026; early adopter price is $999, available to everyone who enrolls May 15, 2026 through June 30, 2026. Access is lifetime from the date of purchase, including all future updates to the curriculum. Enrollment includes Learner+ for CME for the first year only; renewals after year one are billed separately by Learner+.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount.

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@JPLgrp.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked. After 7 days, all sales are final given the nature of digital content access.

4.4 CME Credits

CME credit is provided through Learner+ and is subject to their terms and requirements. We do not guarantee CME credit availability in all jurisdictions or for all license types. Contact Learner+ directly for CME-specific questions.

4.5 Access Duration

Course access is lifetime from the date of purchase. Lifetime access includes all 16 lessons as delivered and any future updates made to existing lessons. Access does not include separately launched products.

Important: Content provided through APP Cardiology Academy is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute clinical guidance, medical advice, or a standard of care. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all content before applying it in any clinical setting. APP Cardiology Academy does not replace institutional protocols, specialty consultation, or clinical judgment.

All course content, including lessons, videos, assessments, and materials, is owned by JPL Group & Cattle LLC and is protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal educational use during your active access period. No other rights are granted.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JPL Group & Cattle LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. No refund is issued for terminations resulting from Terms violations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
